Achieving

Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility

2021 International Symposium on Transportation Data and Modelling
Going Virtual on June 21~24, 2021

ISTDM 2021 aims to gather transportation researchers and practitioners across the globe for exploring the frontiers of big data, modeling and simulation to advance transportation research to support the connected, cooperative and automated mobility. With a greater focus on emerging technologies, ISTDM 2021 rebrands the two long-standing transportation symposia: International Symposium of Transport Simulation (ISTS), and the International Workshop on Traffic Data Collection and its Standardization (IWTDCS). During the four-day conference, plenary sessions featuring renowned speakers and interactive breakout sessions will take place virtually.

Host

University of Michigan

As a top-ranked public university, the University of Michigan has a tradition of excellence in research and teaching. Located at the focal point of the U.S. auto industry, the University of Michigan is taking the lead on tackling key, current and future transportation and mobility challenges. This includes large efforts in connected and automated transportation, logistics and planning, management of big data from transportation systems, passenger and vulnerable road user safety, vehicle and infrastructure technology development/deployment, movement of freight and education in all of these domains of knowledge.
