Few com­ments:
1 — Although AUC is the com­mon mea­sure to eval­u­ate the over­all mod­el per­for­mance, I think would be infor­ma­tive also to report the true/false positive/negative rates since this helps to know the direc­tion­al trend of the mod­el in pre­dict­ing the prob­a­ble forth­com­ing sit­u­a­tion (acci­dent, no acci­dent) with the driver/vehicle.
2 — Do you think the phys­i­cal con­di­tion (e.g., fatigue) of the dri­ver would play a role in the like­li­hood of an acci­dent occurrence?
